Erin McGoff, a popular social media user who offers career and life advice, posted a video on 13th February that has since gone viral with many users relating to it.
In the video, Erin explains that burnout is a much more serious issue than previously realised.

If you’re often sick, suffer from headaches, stomach aches, body chills or fatigue, you could be suffering.
Another thing to watch out for is breakouts - they could be a way of your body telling you that you need to start taking better care of yourself.
