It's often said that you are as young as you feel.
However, when it comes to how you look physically, that is sometimes something a positive mindset can't change.
But one 60-year-old woman is putting the rest of us to shame with her enviably youthful looks, as she is often told she looks 'decades' younger.

TikToker Clarissa Dane Hughes, from Tampa, Florida, regularly shares anti-aging advice with her 55,000 followers.
In additional to a youthful mindset, the influencer insists upon a healthy lifestyle - meaning no cigarettes or booze and keeping her skin protected from the sun.
Speaking in a recent video, Hughes admitted: "I definitely have some wrinkles," in the video, which so far has 26,500 views.

"I have not put my face in the sun for the last 20 years, I wish I never had and I quit drinking 33 years ago so that helped too. And I quit smoking when I was 25."
Although she keeps healthy with a regular workout regimen, Hughes also puts down her inexplicable youthfulness to 'immaturity'.
Hughes explained: "We always feel old and it's not right for us to feel old.
"Think about if we live to 100, what we would say to ourselves now."

She has a point.
Although she generally keeps an optimistic outlook, she admits that she's had some difficult times in her life - particularly when it came to suffering through four miscarriages.
Hughes credits her mindset with helping her through the tragedies.

The influencer explained: "My friends were having babies earlier and a lot of people probably thought it was crazy when I kept having miscarriages, but I didn't care. And for someone who cares a lot about what people think, I just didn't care then.
"I'm really grateful for you guys. When I was 25, I felt like I was done. I remember turning 30 and thinking 'Okay you might live to 60 so you've 30 more years' and trying to hype myself up.
"There's so many people that have gone before us to give us hope and I'm just grateful to give a little bit of hope."
Fans applauded Hughes for her approach to life.
