A woman in her fifties who is constantly told she looks decades younger says her youthful appearance isn't down to expensive beauty products.
Ella, 52 - who goes by @agelessella on TikTok - has a number of tricks up her sleeve for maintaining her youthful looks, and shares them all on her TikTok and website.

Viewers are gobsmacked with the simplicity of Ella's routine.
Alongside 'clean eating' and good skincare, Ella says 'facial exercises' are the key to success when it comes to defying the ageing process. She even credits the simple facial exercises with giving her a 'natural face lift'.
"Start doing facial exercises!! I swear these are what help me hold back the years," she explained.
Adding on her website, she said: "I started doing facial exercises in my late thirties and because of this, I'm now in my fifties looking like I'm still in my thirties!"
Alongside facial exercises, Ella also suggested drinking lots of water, trying new hair styles, dyeing hair or opting for natural teeth whitening using lemon to help create a younger look.
Ella also advised using sunscreen on your hands and wearing driving gloves.
"Wear driving gloves, even and especially in the sun. Your hands are constantly exposed to the rays of the sun so need extra protection," she explained.
And followers are loving Ella's tips, with many in shock over her youthful appearance and others suggesting she looks like she could be aged in her twenties.
One person commented on one of her videos: "Yes!!! Love your inspiration!! I’m 51 years strong and no regrets!"
While another added: "52 wow! Beautiful."
And a third said: "Doing my exercises as I watch your content."
Another joked: "That's what single does for you lol no stress!"
Ella went on to explain that she believes she looks better now, in her fifties, than she did when she was aged in her thirties.
Earlier this week, we told you about a woman who slammed trolls on her TikTok after they told her to 'dress her age'.
Fritzie Cencil, 48, says she is often told to dress her age by other social media users, but doesn't pay them any attention, regularly sporting crop tops and showing off her toned abs.
In one video, Fritzie can be seen dancing in front of the camera in a navy denim set, with the caption reading: "When someone tells me to dress my age."
She said: "At 48yo my life is better than when I was 28yo. Proud of the woman I become [sic]."
