Adele is one of those stars who's so famous, she's only known by her first name.
With some mononymous celebs, it can often be a bit disappointing to find out their full titles - Drake, for example, is actually named Aubrey Drake Graham.
Or how about The Smiths frontman? Steven Patrick Morrissey doesn't quite have the same effect.

But the same can't be said for Adele, with fans feeling absolutely delighted after discovering her full name.
The 34-year-old singer found global success with emotional hits such as 'Rolling in the Deep' and 'Someone Like You'.
It's hard to remember a time when she wasn't topping the charts and bagging awards left, right and centre.

But the fact is everyone starts somewhere, and Adele did indeed lead a regular life before she found fame.
It was a time before her mononym was up in lights, which is probably a good thing considering her full title is (drum roll) Adele Laurie Blue Adkins.
As you can see, Adele's surname is the same as her mum's Penny Adkins, who single-handedly raised the global superstar as she grew up.
Meanwhile, Laurie and Blue are the singer's middle names.

Although many people already knew this - a simple Google would do - there are still plenty of fans who are only just finding out this fun fact.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote, "I just found out Adele's full name is Adele Laurie Blue Adkins," while another said: "I just found out that Adele's name is Adele Laurie Blue Adkins omg."
A third wrote: "I looked up what Adele’s full given name is and it’s 'Adele Laurie Blue Adkins'. Why does that feel extremely correct?"

A fourth chimed in: "Just searched up Adele on Google and found out her real name is Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, cute."
Back in summer, Adele left her fans excited for an altogether different reason, as she moved into a new home with partner Rich Paul - and it looks pretty beautiful, if we do say so ourselves.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a slew of images alongside her beau, including the pair cosying up outside the $58 million mansion, which is said to be previously owned by Sylvester Stallone.
Other pictures - captioned 'time flies' - show the couple joking around at a burger joint and sitting together at what looks like a baseball game.
Another saw the the sports agent, 40, supporting his girlfriend backstage.

Her followers flocked to the comments section, congratulating the happy couple on moving in together.
"Love looks amazing on you," wrote one, while another said: "Yes honey, you only deserve the best."
Paris Hilton even took to the comments, writing: "So happy for you two!"
