Brooke Shields has opened up about losing her virginity to Dean Cain, saying she ran from his room ‘butt-naked’ after their first time.
Brooke and Dean both attended Princeton University in the 1980s and dated each other for a couple of years.
Brooke, 57, was already a fairly established star at the time, having worked as a model and actor since she was a child, whereas Dean, now 56, wasn’t yet working within the industry - although he did go on to make a name for himself as an actor and is probably best known for his role of Clark Kent/Superman in the 1990s TV series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.

Brooke has revealed she was 22 when she lost her virginity to the star and has shared some intimate details in her new documentary Pretty Baby.
“When we finally had sex, I immediately ran out of the room, ran down the hall butt naked, just running,” she says in the documentary.
“I didn’t know where I was going. He ran after me with the duvet and grabbed a hold of me and said, ‘Where are you going?’ He said, ‘I’m not going anywhere, I’m not leaving you, you’re the same person’ he got it immediately and I just cried.”

She went on to explain that her own reaction to having sex for the first time had left her baffled and admitted that she ‘felt bad for that girl’.
Brooke added: “She was old enough to own her own body for real. And just I couldn’t get there at that moment.”
Brooke has recently opened up about struggling to come to terms with her mum’s decision to allow her to pose nude as a child.

When she was just 10 years old Brooke posed nude for Playboy; and aged 11 she played the role of a sex worker in a movie titled Pretty Baby.
During an interview with the Sunday Times, Brooke admitted that she found it difficult to understand why her mum, Teri Shields, didn't intervene and said having her own daughters Rowan, 19, and Grier, 16, gave her a new perspective on the situation.
When asked if she'd allow her children to perform similar roles, Brooke said, "No. That was... that was hard for me, to not justify my mom to them, but when they asked me, I thought, 'Oh God, I have to admit this.'
"I mean, I could say, 'Oh, it was the time back then,' or 'Oh, it was art.' But I don’t know why she thought it was all right. I don’t know."
