Charlotte Dawson has announced she's pregnant after experiencing a devastating miscarriage.
The reality TV star and her fiancé Matt Sarsfield were initially apprehensive about sharing the news following the heartbreaking loss, which they announced in April last year.
But now they feel ready, and are excited that their two-year-old son Noah is going to be a brother.

Speaking to OK!, the 30-year-old revealed she's now 17 weeks along - and it's been hard to keep the good news to herself.
"I wanted to scream and tell everybody, ring my mum and all my friends, but we couldn’t really get excited enough because of what happened last time," she told the outlet.
"I can’t believe it’s actually happened again and Noah is going to be a big brother!
"Obviously this one is a rainbow baby. I feel very blessed and very happy that I’ve managed to get pregnant again."

She added: "We were absolutely heartbroken about the miscarriage last year. It came as a shock when I found out last April.
"It was like we’d just come to the realisation that we were having a baby and I lost it at 10 weeks."
As for what she's expecting, Charlotte said that while she's hoping for a 'mini me' daughter, she has a sense that Noah could get a brother.
Unlike some celebs who like to keep their baby names shtum, the Ex on the Beach star has been open about what she's got in mind.

If the couple have a girl, they like the names Penelope and Lily-Rose, and if it's a boy, they've got their heart set on Alfie.
Fans have been sharing their support for Charlotte and Matt and expressing their congratulations about the good news.
Charlotte previously penned a heartfelt statement last April when she announced that she had lost her baby after her followers expressed concern about her absence from social media.

"Hi my darlings, I finally feel ready to post this... I mean I don’t know when there is a good time to post this," she wrote.
"It’s been an extremely tough week mentally but also obviously physically... I am heartbroken beyond words... and I know I’m never quiet on here, & always so open and honest with you guys so it’s been a shock to you all."
Noah had been rushed to the hospital a week prior after he banged his head and cheek on a table leg and passed out. He was eventually given the all clear to return home later.
"I keep getting lots & lots of messages worrying about us all, asking why I’m being quiet & if Noah is ok," she continued.

"Noah is absolutely fine... he’s amazing. I’m the one that’s not ok... unfortunately I’ve suffered with a miscarriage.
"Obviously our families & close friends have known about me being pregnant, but didn’t announce anything until I got further down the line."
Charlotte went on to say that 'sometimes it just isn't meant to be', adding: "I really thought it was but it just wasn’t this time.
"Miscarriages are so common & not spoke about enough. We are so heartbroken right now have no words and just don’t feel up to posting being my happy silly self right now...
"Thank you for all your love & support always, I don’t ever want to let go of Noah... I feel so lucky to have Noah, one day we will get our rainbow baby."
