Rapper Flo Rida has given a heartbreaking update on his son after he fell 50 feet from a five-storey building window.
Six-year-old Zohar Dillard plummeted from the five-storey window of his mother's rental property in a New Jersey apartment complex last month.
Little Zohar's mum Alexis Adams is now filing a lawsuit to sue the building's management company for negligence after he fell onto the concrete floor.

He was 'critically injured', suffering fractures in his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding.
His famous father, whose real name is Tramar Lacel Dillard, thanked fans for their 'concerns and prayers' via Instagram on Thursday evening (30 March).
He posted: "Great day, thank you for everyone who reached out with their concerns and prayers for my son."

He updated his followers on his son's condition, saying: "He is getting the best medical care and miraculously survived a tragic fall.
"I ask for your continued prayers as he undergoes rehabilitation but I would appreciate that this remain a private matter."
Zohar already suffered from hydrocephalus, a brain condition caused by a build-up of excess fluid.
His mum said in a statement to News12 New Jersey: “As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces.

“I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to wilful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures.”
She claims the building’s windows ‘posed a hazardous condition’.
One neighbour who lives in the apartment building that Zohar fell from has since expressed their disbelief that the child survived the fall.

James Lucas, 40, lives on the sixth floor and told the Daily Mail: "I was just downstairs getting Chinese food and there were ambulance everywhere and I had no idea what had happened."
He added that at first he didn't realise how serious the accident had been: "I didn't even realise it was from the fifth floor until later.
"You can definitely, if you're a kid, stand on that sill, but my kids haven't been here I think they should look into window guards for sure.

"I couldn't believe he survived that, I mean the 5th floor, that's a drop. I was only down there for a few minutes, he was down there when I got there."
One visitor to the building told the publication: "I'm so surprised that these windows could have been opened by a child if that is what happened.
"These have screens on them as well. What an awful accident."
