“It’s hard on a relationship,” the Goop founder said. “Like I’ve looked back now on like the data set of parents with young kids.
“It just… ruins the relationship,” she laughed, adding: “It’s really hard!”
The ‘Dark Horse’ singer, 38, shares two-year-old daughter Daisy Dove with fiancé Orlando Bloom, 46. She is also step-mum to Orlando’s son Flynn, 12.

Katy agreed with Gwyneth but explained that both people in the relationship need to pull their weight.
“I think if both people in the relationship are willing to do the work then it’s going to be so much easier,” she shared.
“But if one person thinks they don’t have any work to do then it’s going be really challenging.”
The Best Actress Oscar winner said before she had her eldest child, Apple, in 2004, she felt ‘profoundly lonely’. But that all changed when she became a mum.

She was previously married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012 and dated John Mayer prior to meeting her fiancé.
Gwyneth insisted she had never seen Orlando so happy when he met the 13-time Grammy nominee.
“He was, like, bouncing up and down,” the actress said.
Katy gushed about her man, adding: “He was the first man that I met that was kind of a loop breaker for me. He was consistent, he kept showing up. [I] kept showing him my absolute worst.
“I was testing him like ‘do you really love me?’”
This is so adorable.
