Helen Flanagan has opened up about the struggles of being a mum to three kids.
Last October, it was revealed that the Coronation Street star and her fiancé Scott Sinclair split up after 13 years together.
Helen and the Bristol Rovers footballer started dating in 2009, and they now share three children together: Matilda Jessica Sinclair, seven, Delilah Ruby Sinclair, four, and Charlie Scott Sinclair, one.

A source told The Sun at the time that they split up after the 32-year-old's engagement ring snapped, which she believed was a 'bad omen'.
Although they had been working on their relationship, the source claimed they hit a rough patch over summer and decided to end it for good.
But they are both 'committed to co-parenting their kids as a family unit'.

The pair are yet to directly address the split, but Helen has shared a number of social media posts alluding to the situation of late.
In one throwback photo uploaded yesterday (8 March), she can be seen wearing a wedding dress while kissing her daughter Delilah.
Alongside the snap, she wrote: "Happy International Women’s Day. Here’s to strong women. May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them."

Helen also answered a number of questions from fans on her Instagram Stories, including one which asked: "How do you find having three kids? I'm frazzled."
She replied: "I find being a mum hard. I feel tired most of the time and like I have to split myself into three, but just love them so much so would never change it for the world and just give them all I’ve got every day."
In November last year, the actress took to the platform to discuss an encounter she'd had that left her feeling judged for being a mum.
"I'm quite good I think at controlling my emotions, I'm quite busy, but I always have emotional outbursts when I'm due on," Helen said.
"This is like a long story short... I was really annoyed last week because, I won't go into too much detail, but basically I hate it when mums are made to feel uncomfortable."

Helen continued: "I didn't have Matilda young but youngish, and I've always gone everywhere with my kids - like flown with them, trains, hotels and I've just literally always gone where I want to go.
"I just don't like it when you get people who basically are being rubbish towards you because you've got kids and you're a mum, basically giving you the evils."
Thankfully, her fans are there to support her, with one writing: "Helen... be strong... be proud of yourself."
