Have you ever wondered why I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here contestant Boy George is always wearing those notably large hats?
Ever since he hit the big time with his band Culture Club, the singer has been known for his unique dress sense and he has no plans to change things up before heading into the jungle this year.
I'm A Celebrity viewers saw Boy George - real name George O'Dowd - meet the other contestants on Sunday night (6 November), wearing an eye-catching number before changing into the famous camp gear.
Luckily for him, the uniform does come with a hat, so the singer won't be stuck while he's fending off snakes and spiders.

In the promo shots for this season, Boy George had even given his camp outfit a makeover.
While his future campmates all posed in the standard bright red shorts or trousers with a plain beige shirt and hat, Boy George wore a beige shirt covered in red spots and a hat that had been made to look like a crown - just because he could!
Speaking to Metro about the unusual look, a source from ITV said that it was just a matter of 'if you don't ask you don't get'.
They said: "Apparently, it just came down to Boy George asking if he could customise his shirt for the photoshoot, with ITV immediately granting permission."

Anything to keep his fashion icon status in tact.
So, why *does* the Karma Chameleon singer love wearing his eccentric hats so much?
Graham Norton once managed to get that information out of him during an interview dated all the way back to 2000.

Speaking on Graham's talk show at the time So Graham Norton, Boy George admitted that it really was just because he loves eye-catching accessories.
"I like hats," he told Graham, before adding: "I mean, they hide a multitude of sins."
Though the pop star did note at the time that you won't always see him with a big hat on his head.
When he's off running his day-to-day errands, Boy George ditches the hats, admitting he looks a bit 'scruffy' when he's not done up for television.

I must say, I find that pretty hard to imagine.
Boy George stole the show in the I'm A Celeb premiere on Sunday night, with the help of Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner.
Viewers at home couldn't help but cringe when Owen first met Boy George and had no idea who he was, asking the singer his name as soon as he arrived.

Unfortunately, this wasn't Owen's only faux pas of the night, as he also got slightly confused about who another of the celebs was.
Things only got worse for Owen when property expert Scarlette Douglas arrived and Boy George had to explain to him: "She's from A Place In The Sun"
Not understanding, Owen replied: "Whereabouts?"
A stunned Boy George then clarified: "No, like the TV show."
It's going to be a long season...
