Kourtney Kardashian has revealed her 12-year-old son, Mason Disick, has not been allowed to eat fries for an entire year.
When asked if she thinks her children are deprived of something by not giving it to them, the mum-of-three shared that her eldest child once asked for McDonald’s fries.
“I was having my one-on-one time with my son [Mason] and he said. ‘Mom I need McDonald’s French fries today, please. It’s been a year since I’ve had it.’ I was like, ‘Today’s not the day, sorry,” she said in an interview with WSJ Magazine.

“It’s all these things you can’t do: No sex, no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar. You’ve gotta eat this really clean, strict diet and you do it for five days,” she said. The diet was also featured on the first season of The Kardashians earlier this year alongside her now husband Travis Barker, 46.
The loved-up couple have raised eyebrows due to their intense PDA and Kourtney was asked if it is difficult avoiding physical intimacy with her beau during the fast.
“Yeah, kind of,” she said. “But the reward on the other side — when you can’t have something and then you have it, right? It’s like I can’t wait for all the obvious things, but then I also like the simplest things like I can’t wait to have caffeine.”

In other Kardashian-health news, Kourtney left fans and her own sisters in shock after revealing she steamed her vagina with roses as part of her fertility journey.
Although Kourtney’s famous family and experts were not entirely convinced by the practice, Kourtney touted the benefits of the Panchakarma cleanse and the Yoni steam, which were filmed for The Kardashians.
“I did lose 5lbs but it wasn’t the goal. The goal was to lose all the toxins and it gives you a clean egg,” she said.
“Then I did a Yoni steam and I want to buy you all a Yoni steam. It’s so good for your vagina, you put roses and stuff in there.”

However gynaecologists are not convinced vagina steaming is safe or has the desired outcomes.
Experts have also raised concerns that steaming the vagina could lead to burns or disrupting the natural balance of ‘good’ bacteria or disrupting the vagina's pH levels.
In another shocking quest for wellness perfection, Kourtney – who has been open about her difficulty conceiving - explained that she was told 'the thing that would help it was drinking [Travis's semen], like, four times a week'.
