Love Is Blind returned to our screens last Friday, 16 September, for an After the Alter special and it included some shocking revelations.
Not only have there been two divorces, it was announced Shania has got engaged, meanwhile Deepti and Kyle decided to give things a go.

Yep, it was wild.
And as if things couldn't get more chaotic, three days after the show aired, Kyle announced that he and Deepti are no longer together.
For anyone not familiar with the whole Deepti/Kyle situation, let's fill you in.
Deepti and Kyle didn't get together in the pods; they actually got engaged to completely different people.

Kyle got engaged to Shaina, while Deepti got engaged to Shake, and, basically, no one was happy.
Shaina proceeded to break things off with Kyle and seems to be happy with a new guy called Christos, who is a Christian, which we all know was super important to Shaina.
Deepti also left Shake at the alter, choosing to put herself first, which is one of the most badass moves we've ever seen.

So, that left Deepti and Kyle single, and the reunion sees the pair in a situationship - afraid to dip their toes in and commit to each other for fear of ruining their friendship.
But, as the new series shows, the two take the plunge, with Kyle explaining how he wants to be 'exclusive' and to 'just start a relationship – like a legitimate relationship' with Deepti.
Deepti responds by asking: "We’re actually going to try this?"
To which Kyle says: "Yeah, sure. I want to."

So, safe to say they were together, and fans were thrilled to see how happy they were as they tuned in on Friday.
However, just three days later, Kyle announced their split, and while that may sound quick, the reunion was filmed a while ago.
As Kyle explains: "I understand many of you are curious as to where Deepti and I stand today. Since After the Altar was filmed, we decided to go our separate ways in early summer. Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey through arduous vulnerability.

"As for what the future holds, I have no clue. Going forward I plan to live each day in the present without any regret."
Deepti hasn't commented on the split publicly, but well-wishes poured in for each of them, with fans saying: "With so much grace! I support you both."
Another wrote: "Hope you guys were able to stay friends."
