Malin Andersson has confirmed she has split from her boyfriend Jared weeks after the couple welcomed their daughter Xaya.
The former Love Island star announced the news on her Instagram Story and Twitter in a statement.
“I have always prided myself on being open and transparent on here, so I wanted to let you all know that myself and Jared are no longer together,” she wrote.

“We split around 4 weeks ago and I have been trying to come to terms with everything and process it all.
“We are co-parenting Xaya as of course she comes first in all of this, but we would appreciate some space as we navigate through this separation.
She added: “I don’t want to go into any more detail at the moment, my baby girl is my main priority and I am building myself back up with what fuels my strength – friends, family, exercise and meditation.

“I didn’t expect any of this to happen, I feel truly blindsided but as always, I trust that the universe has a plan for me.”
The 29-year-old announced in February that she had given birth to Xaya on 28th January 2022, her exact due date.
Xaya was born three years after the death of her baby daughter Consy, who passed away at just four-and-a-half weeks old in 2019.

The reality TV star documented Consy's life on Instagram and shared pictures as she received treatment.
Malin’s followers were particularly overjoyed when she announced in August last year that she was expecting again. The news was confirmed in a sweet Instagram post, describing her pregnancy news as her “new beginning and happy ending”.
The black and white picture accompanying the post showed Malin and Jared holding her baby bump.

The caption read: “Everything I’ve ever wanted, everything I visualised. A solid partner in my life, who has been there in the background - witnessed my life over the past four years and has stuck by me as a friend.. and now a lover. This couldn’t feel any more right - and we’re now bringing a beautiful soul into this world.”
Malin nor Jared have publicly revealed the latter’s surname. Malin revealed Malin told Mail Online in March this year that they were friends for before starting their romantic relationship.
“He’s brilliant, he goes to work during the day so he does the nights. He’s just absolutely brilliant with her, I stare at them both with such love in my eyes, he’s just amazing and is the best father I could ask for,” she told the publication.
Malin shared a sweet picture showing her holding Xaya on Instagram last month to officially introduce her new arrival to her followers.

“Me and Jared have been in the most beautiful surreal baby bubble and so I took a month out to just focus on our family,” she explained.
“She’s the spit of her dad, and is covered in black thick hair,” she added.
