Kim Kardashian has been a familiar face on our TV and phone screens for the last decade and a half, and as a result, fans have gotten to see her grow from Paris Hilton's right-hand-woman and aspiring famous person to a multi-millionaire, successful entrepreneur and mum of four.
A lot about Kim has changed since she and her sisters first stepped into the limelight, from her sense of style and her attitude to her friendships and her love life.
If you're one of the countless fans who plan on tuning in to the Kardashian clan's new Hulu reality series this week, you might find that one of the most notable differences since Kim's first TV appearance is the remarkable change in her voice.
Take a listen here:
Back in 2007, the rising reality star had a pretty strong 'valley girl' accent with some serious nasal tones. While sisters Kourtney and Khloe tended to tone it down, even in the early days of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim's voice was instantly recognisable.
But in more recent years, Kim and her sisters have completely dropped their vocal register, swapping out their excitable, high-pitched sound for a deep, slow vocal fry.
Fans aren't the only ones who have noticed the drastic change in Kim's sound over the years, either. Kim herself has previously admitted she has no idea how her voice changed so much.
Back in 2017, the social media mogul tweeted: "I'm so confused how our voices have changed. I miss my 2007 voice lol."
And the following year, after sharing a clip from her first-ever appearance on The Ellen Show Kim wrote: "I'm really baffled how my voice has changed so much!"
Just last week, the Kardashian sisters appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to discuss the launch of their new reality show when Khloe pointed out the vast difference in the sisters' voices.
While looking back on earlier, iconic moments from their reality show, Khloe commented: "Our voices were totally different." Kim replied: "It's so weird."
If the Kardashians themselves don't know what happened to their voices over the years, then fans may never get to the bottom of it!
The Kardashians will release on Hulu and Disney Plus from Thursday, 14th April.
