It's the live-action movie that absolutely no one asked for, but nevertheless we are SUPER excited that a reimagining of 'Frosty the Snowman' is in the works.
And we're even more buzzing now that we've learned Jason Momoa will be voicing the icy character!
Yes, in completely random movie news, the Aquaman star is set to lend his husky tones to the character from the popular 1950s Christmas song.

According to Deadline, the Warner Bros production is being produced by Jon Berg and Greg Silverman who worked on the DC franchise in which the actor stars.
Meanwhile, the script will be penned by David Berenbaum who worked on Elf - so we're in very good Christmassy hands.
Speaking on the upcoming movie - which will be a live action/CGI hybrid - Berg said: "From his role as a fearsome count in a land of ice and fire to the oceanic success we all had with Aquaman, it felt only right to realize Jason this time out of snow."

Silverman added: "We know Jason's as a true human being filled with love, compassion and a deep connection to ohana - all of which is the living spirit of Xmas and Frosty."
The festive song was written by Walter Rollins and Steve Nelson and first recorded by Gene Autry and the Cass County Boys in 1950.
The character was then reimagined for an animated Christmas television special in 1969.

Currently, there's no word on the plot, other cast members or release date for the festive flick, but a good guess is we'll be getting it some time around, errrr... Christmas?
We hate to talk about the C-word considering 2020 has been a bit of a non-starter... but at least we have something to look forward to when the time comes!
If there's anyone that can get us to watch an animated snowman prance around its Jason Momoa.
