The Los Angeles Police Department has reportedly issued an update on Kanye West and Bianca Censori’s X-rated Grammys 'stunt' that sparked major controversy online.
On Sunday (2 February), West, 47, and his 30-year-old Aussie model wife stunned the world with their red carpet appearance which saw Censori wearing a completely see-through mini dress while her husband donned an all-black t-shirt and trousers ensemble.
There's since been a ton of drama following the red carpet reveal - including false reports the couple were 'kicked out' of the Grammys, as well as fans questioning if Censori could face jail time for the statement ensemble.
Now, California Penal Code 314 defines 'indecent exposure' as when someone: "1. Exposes his person, or the private parts thereof, in any public place, or in any place where there are present other persons to be offended or annoyed thereby ; or...

Indecent exposure can reportedly be punishable by up to six months in prison or a fine of up to $1,000.
However, according to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department said no formal complaints were made to the police about Censori's statement look.

The source also added that the Grammys is a private event and that West was an 'invited guest'.
Tyla has reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department for further comment.
Following the reports that West and Censori were given the boot from the prestigious awards ceremony, West issued a furious response taking to social media to slam former CNN journalist Don Lemon for allegedly broadcasting the false rumour he and his Mrs were 'kicked out'.
West shared a post of Lemon alongside the caption: "This the goofball that started the rumour that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always K***S like this."

The post has since been deleted.
Lemon has since replied to West with a video on his Instagram account, explaining: "First of all, Kanye... Ye, yay - whatever your name is. I did not start a rumour about you being kicked out of the Grammys, I actually corrected it.
"I saw someone on your team who asked me to correct it because it had been reported everywhere. So first of all, get your s**t straight, and you of all people calling me a c**n. That 'Make America Great Again' hat must be too tight on your head."
