Emma, 36, took to the red carpet with a brand new look on Sunday evening (5 January) surprising fans by debuting a short, pixie hair cut.

According to fans, Emma's new look could be to do with her role in the upcoming Yorgos Lanthimos movie, Bugonia, set to be released later this year.
Back in October, fans were convinced that Emma had shaved her head after she made a public appearance in what many people believed was a wig.
Emma attended the 2024 New York Film Festival where she was reportedly seen adjusting the hair piece after hugging Kieran Culkin’s wife, Jazz Charton.

Emma's new movie tells the story of two conspiracy theory-obsessed men who kidnap the CEO of a major company after being convinced that she's an alien set on destroying the planet.

Bugonia will be the fourth movie Emma has made with Lanthimos, with previous titles including The Favourite, Poor Things and Kinds of Kindness.
“We have a great relationship,” Lanthimos previously said. “We just love working together.”
