Zendaya sparks engagement rumours after fans spot clue at Golden Globes

Zendaya has sparked engagement rumours after hawk-eyed fans spotted a major clue at the Golden Globe Awards of 2025.

The 28-year-old Challengers actress, who is nominated for best performance by a female actor in a motion picture musical or comedy, stunned at the prestigious awards evening in a gorgeous burnt-orange Louis Vuitton ball gown.

However, it wasn't just her dress that caught the attention of fans at home...

Yep, it didn't take long for fans to clock the absolutely massive diamond ring she donned on that finger.

Zendaya could be seen wearing a large oval or cushion-cut diamond ring set with a gorgeous gold band, which prompted many to speculate that she and her boyfriend, Tom Holland, have secretly gotten engaged.

One X user penned: "ZENDAYA SHOWING THE RING TO AMAY PASCAL WTFFFFF."

A second piped up: "Zendaya has a tattoo and a huge fucking rock on her finger, it’s like she doesn’t care if I just knock all this sh*t over rn."

"I'M SORRY WHAT," quipped a third while a fourth chimed in: "STOP... I'm genuinely trying to stay calm and not freak out."

A fifth exclaimed: "ZENDAYA?????? ENGAGED???"

Now, neither Zendaya nor Tom have confirmed these recent engagement rumours, and it’s also totally possible that the Hollywood A-lister was simply repping jewellery from a luxury brand for the occasion.

Tom recently opened up about why he chooses not to walk the red carpet with Zendaya, telling Men's Health: "Because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us."

And this is by no means the first instance Tom has been an A+ boyfriend to Zendaya as he said last month in an episode of the Dish podcast that being on set with her was one of the highlights of his acting career.

"It’s a saving grace," he said "It’s just that perfect thing when you’re on set and a director will give you a note that maybe you don’t agree with, or I know that she doesn’t particularly like, and it’s just that, like, familiar glance at each other of like, 'Can’t wait to talk about that later'."
