A Hollywood stylist has opened up about his experiences working with a number of celebrities over the years, revealing who, next to Blake Lively, was one of his 'worst ever' celebrity encounters.
Emmanuel Miller, hair stylist to the stars, has recently sat down on the What It Was Like podcast and discussed what it was like working with Gossip Girl actress, Blake Lively.
While Miller claimed the It Ends With Us star was 'dismissive', he also opened up about his 'worst ever experience' with another celebrity.

In a clip taken from the podcast which was subsequently shared on TikTok earlier this week, Miller began: "I did a film with Anne Hathaway, and that was one of my worst experiences."
He went on to claim that the 41-year-old The Idea of You A-lister 'never acknowledged me as a person' for four and a half months, adding: "She treated me like a servant."
Miller explained that during this time, when he was doing her hair personally 'just one on one', Hathaway never asked him any questions about him or his life.

"During that time, while we were in Los Angeles, my daughter was her stand in and I was doing her hair personally, just one on one," he continued.
"She never said, 'Your daughter, do you have other children', or 'how long have you been married?' There was never any personal conversation."
Comparing Hathaway to other stars, Miller noted that Cate Blanchett, Johnny Depp and Tom Hanks all made an effort to engage with him on a personal level, reiterating: "But Anne Hathaway never did that."

The hair stylist then addressed his experiences with Lively, who recently came under fire after her 'nightmare' 2016 interview with journalist Kjersti Flaa resurfaced on social media.
For context, Flaa also claimed Hathaway was extremely 'rude' and 'dismissive' to her too in another interview, prompting the Oscar-winner to issue a personal apology over a decade later.
Continuing his interview, Miller added: "I got the feeling when I first met her, I thought, 'Oh, no, is this another Anne Hathaway situation' because the way she was dismissive from from the get-go."
The overlay text on the TikTok read: "Working with Blake Lively was bad but Anne Hathaway was worse."

The situation has sparked quite the debate online with many strongly disagreeing with Miller's comments.
One TikTok user penned: "People have to stop having expectations of others. You are owed nothing."
It’s interesting that people think they are entitled to personal conversations… I never expect this from anyone," revealed a second while a third pointed out: "Some people just aren’t super chatty?"

Others, however, couldn't have agreed more
"Imagine being at work and not speaking to a colleague for 4.5 months!" exclaimed a fourth.
Another stated: "Guys, not wanting to make small talk with your hairdresser one time at a hair salon is much different than having your hair done by the SAME person for 4 months straight with no interaction at all."
And a final TikTok user echoed: "The comments here? It costs zero dollars to be polite, say thank you and look someone in the eyes."
TYLA has reached out to both Anne Hathaway and Blake Lively's representatives for comment.
