Jennifer Lopez reportedly refused to hire Bruno Mars for her wedding after hearing just how much he charged for the gig.
Before Lopez tied the knot with Ben Affleck in 2022, she was in a relationship with baseball star, Alex Rodriguez, and got engaged in 2019.
However, just two years after getting engaged, the pair split in 2021.

Before all that, however, Lopez and Rodriguez allegedly shared plans for their wedding with celebrity wedding planner Marcy Blum.
Blum recently opened up about said plans on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast - revealing some of the possible entertainers for their big day.
Speaking to podcast hosts Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick about Lopez asking Mars to perform, Blum revealed her response was: "We just worked with him, and he’s five."

"Million?" Michael Bosstick hit out before clarifying. "Just to perform for the night?"
"The night?" Blum replied. "You get 45 minutes, you get an hour."
According to the wedding planner, Lopez' reaction to Mars' alleged fee was similarly shocked.
"Don’t be ridiculous," Blum recalled her saying at the time.

Now, while Lopez and Rodriquez never actually made it to the altar, Blum shared her advice for other couples deliberating on splashing the cash for a high-profile entertainer for their own special day.
"You would never have a headliner, if you were sane, as the regular entertainment," she declared.
Blum continued: "No one wants to do their first dance or maybe they do, but they shouldn't - to Coldplay or something. That’s just dumb.

"You want a band band and maybe a DJ, and then maybe you want 45 minutes of Chris Martin or Elton John or whomever you want. Because otherwise, it’s all about them."
Before Rodriguez, Lopez was wed to her first husband, Ojani Noa, from 1997 to 1998.
She then married dancer, Cris Judd, from 2001 to 2003 before tying the knot with Marc Anthony between 2004 to 2014, who she went on to have two kids with, 16-year-old twins Max and Emme.
And then, in 2022, she rekindled her relationship with Affleck - who she was previously engaged to in 2002 - before the pair called it quits in 2024.

Lopez has previously discussed just how 'intense' this year has been following the split and working on Unstoppable - which is produced by Affleck's company, Artists Equity.
Speaking to People, Lopez revealed: "It was a pretty intense year for me and I'm most looking forward to spending time with my kids and my family coming out from the East Coast."
She added: "The holidays are such a special time for us and they've always been since I was a little girl. And I really look forward to those moments when I can be with my sisters and just relax and have fun and create new memories."
