It's always a nice bonus to know you're healthier than you think you are - especially if you know you've been indulging in takeaways, skipping the gym and having one too many drinks.
For Khloe Kardashian, she was amazed to find out her biological age - especially given the fact it was younger than sister Kim's.
The reality TV star discovered her 'biological age' in a recent episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, as viewers watched Khloe join Kim Kardashian, Scott Disick and Kris Jenner to discover the age their bodies actually are.

In the episode, Khloe is seen doubting how her results will go as she reveals she likes to eat ice cream, cookies, crackers and cereal.
As the results are revealed, it appears that Kris' biological age is six years younger than her actual 68 years and for Kim, she was given a biological age of 34 years old which is nine years younger than her actual age of 43.
The results meant that Khloe had narrowly beaten her sister Kim and taken first place, with her biological age of 28, 12 years younger than her real age.

An excited Khloe was buzzing to hear her results as she said: "Never in a million years! If I had to bet money, I would've never bet on myself.
"Kim is livid, by the way. I know she's p**sed."
The filming then turns to Kim, who is clearly annoyed as she commented: "For sure I'm p**sed. I always wanna be the highest achiever."
The tests continued, as the rate that Khloe's body is ageing was revealed to be 0.72 - which is low.

Ecstatic with the results, Khloe added: "The world needs to know that me, the fat one, is now better than the best one. My tagline on Keeping Up (with the Kardashians) was, 'I'm the fat funny sister,' if you look at the opening of the show."
She also revealed that as her lifestyle is clearly working for her, she has no plans to change it. She boasted: "This is the best I've ever taken in my f**king life. If it's not broke, don't fix it.
"The kids' menu coming right up! Pizza! No, I'm not gonna change. And let me tell you, this is not even my prime... Give me a couple years when I'm zen and let me take this test again."

If you're now keen to find out your own biological age and see if your diet and lifestyle mean you're older or younger than your actual age, you might want to consider taking your own test.
What is biological age?
According to Elysium Health, biological age is a 'measurement of your age based on various biomarkers — a number that can change due to lifestyle and other health factors'.
Morgan Levine, Ph.D., assistant professor of Pathology at the Yale School of Medicine and Elysium’s Bioinformatics Advisor, explained: "Different behaviours will affect different biological ages in a different way.

"The only way to know what is working for you is to have an outcome measure that’s tracking how the different things you’re doing in your life are actually influencing your health."
Essentially, your cells don't always age at the exact same rate as you do - progressing either more or less rapidly than what you would expect from your chronological age.
The Kardashians is now streaming on Hulu/Disney+.
