An expert has issued a warning about Kim Kardashian's choice of dress at this year's Met Gala.
At the highly exclusive event, which took place on Monday (6 May) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, Kim, 43, wore a silver John Galliano corset-style dress that cinched her waist.
It's believed the dress was *so* tight that it actually constricted Kim's waist to a teeny 19 inches.

As images from the event started flooding social media, people couldn't stop commenting on Kim's look, with many concerned over the dress and just how tight it was.
One wrote: "Looking at this video of Kim Kardashian at the Met Gala makes me want to call 911. This woman’s organs are not doing OK."
The concern was fuelled even further when a video of Kim returning to her hotel following the event started circulating online.

In the clip, Kim could be seen being covered by a huge white trench coat, which she seems to use to conceal her outfit.
At one point, she holds onto her chest as she walks past the crowds and paparazzi.
People were pretty alarmed by the clip, with one person commenting: "Why is she struggling with the dress?"
While another said: "At that stage she could not breath anymore."

And a third added: "Probably a collapsed lung and a few broken ribs."
Following Kim's appearance, a surgeon has spoken out about the dangers of wearing such tight corsets, explaining that it can lead to a range of health problems.
Speaking to Tyla, Mr Reza Nassab, plastic surgeon and founder of CLNQ, emphasised the importance of seeking medical advice before pursuing anything 'drastic'.

He even said that organs can 'temporarily displace' while wearing the garment.
"Wearing corsets for extended periods can lead to a range of health issues, including restricted breathing, digestive problems, and even damage to internal organs," he said.
"Contrary to popular belief, organs do not shift permanently when wearing a corset. Instead, the soft tissues are temporarily displaced, and the organs are compressed to some degree.
"This compression can lead to discomfort, digestive issues, and, in extreme cases, may affect organ function."

He added: "However, once the corset is removed, the organs return to their original position. It's crucial to approach extreme body shaping practices with caution and prioritise health and well-being over achieving a certain aesthetic.
"Consulting with healthcare professionals is advisable before pursuing any drastic measures."
Tyla has reached out to Kim's rep for a comment.
