Back in 2020, Kourtney Kardashian left her followers confused after seemingly making a rather surprising admission about her sexuality.
And since then, while the majority of the US reality star's fans have supported her 'announcement', others claim they're still perplexed by the revelation four years later.

At the time, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was just weeks away from announcing her new romance with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, with whom she has since tied the knot and welcomed a child.
Kourtney had also ended her relationship with ex-partner Scott Disick in the years prior, with whom she had her three eldest children with - Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, nine.
You can only imagine her followers' surprise, therefore, when she appeared to make an announcement about her sexual preferences.
An article shared on her popular lifestyle blog Poosh, began by asking readers: "Are you autosexual?"

It added: "The short answer is yes, most likely. In fact, we all are, at least a little."
Afterwards, many of Kourtney's followers admitted they'd never heard of this newly-coined term.
"That’s a new term to me… sounds pretty conceited," one person hit out.

Another questioned: "What the heck is that???"
While a third joked: "She loves cars?"
It wasn't long until the article - which had 'Poosh' as the byline - shed some light on the term as it cited therapist and founder of QueerSexTherapy, Casey Tanner's definition.
The relationship expert defines autosexuality as 'a trait wherein one is turned on by engaging in their own eroticism'.

"A prime example of this is simply women in general,” the article continued.
"While it may not be true for everyone, we generally feel more sexual and turned on when we feel we ourselves are sexy. But it’s not just about the ladies."
The blog post goes on to explain that while self-gratification is the most 'obvious example', this feeling can also extent to 'longing or desire for oneself'.

It also lists frequently wearing lingerie and spending time on your hair and make-up could be indicators of 'autosexual behaviour'.
"It could mean washing yourself lovingly in the bath and genuinely enjoying your body," the site continued.
"It could mean dancing in the mirror in a cute outfit. If feeling sexy independent of someone else has ever turned you on, that’s autosexuality, and it’s totally normal."
