Lady Gaga had an incredible response to a seriously hurtful Facebook group some of her former classmates made about her.
Being picked on in school is pretty much a universal experience.
But in an era where social media makes it even easier for classmates to get under your skin outside the classroom, superstar Gaga had some words of advice.

Gaga started at the University of New York Tisch School of the Arts in 2003, and it seems as though her experience there wasn't one of the nicest.
The singer went onto TikTok, exposing a Facebook Group trolling her, that had been created by other people in her class at the time.
The now-deleted page was titled 'Stefani Germanotta, you will never be famous'. *Cue 'Who's Laughing Now' by Jessie J please*.

The cover photo was a real throwback of Gaga in what appeared to be her teens, with Stefani being her real name.
Shots were well and truly fired back at the hateful group who came up with the idea, as she gave fans some words of wisdom.
In the comments of a video exposing the group, she wrote: "Some people I went to college w made this way back when.
"This is why you can’t give up when people doubt you or put you down - gotta keep going."

People aren't wrong when they say the best form of revenge is success.
But the hate didn't end for Gaga when she left university, as she found out that fame comes with its downsides to.
She recently addressed rumours that circulated in her early career, about whether or not she was actually a man.

Explaining why she never confronted the rumour, Gaga said: "The reason I didn’t answer the question was because I didn’t feel like a victim with that lie.
“But I thought about, what about a kid that’s being accused of that, that would think that a public figure like me would feel shame.”
She added: "I’ve been in situations where fixing a rumour was not in the best interest of - I thought, of the well-being of other people.

“So in that case, I tried to be thought-provoking and disruptive in another way.
"I tried to use the misinformation to create another disruptive point.”
