Harry Styles’ mum has paid tribute to former One Direction star Liam Payne following his devastating death aged 31.
Last night (16 October), the singer tragically died in Buenos Aires after falling from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel.
Officials have since released statements surrounding Payne's death detailing that 'the injuries he had suffered as a result of the fall proved to be fatal'.

Photos taken last night show fans outside the hotel, having gathered behind the police cordon to pay tribute to the star.
Paris Hilton shared her 'condolences' on Twitter, writing: "So upsetting to hear the news of @LiamPayne passing. Sending love and condolences to his family & loved ones. RIP my friend."
Jedward also posted: "RIP Liam Payne. Condolences to friends and family."

The duo added in a follow-up tweet: "Sending strength to Cheryl and his son Bear and all the One direction Family. RIP @LiamPayne."
Charlie Puth took to Instagram, saying: "I am in shock right now. Liam was always so kind to me. He was one of the first major artists I got to work with. I can not believe he is gone..."
Music producer Zedd, who released single 'Get Low' with Payne in 2017, said the news was 'absolutely heartbreaking'.

And now, Harry Styles' mum Anne Twist has also shared a tribute.
Taking to Instagram in the early hours of the morning, Twist posted a photo of a black background with a broken heart emoji.
She captioned the post: "Just a boy..."
Sky correspondent Daniel Henry has since shared some more of the details surrounding Payne's death.

He said: "All of these details - very, very distressing for the family and friends of Liam Payne, who will be waking up this morning in disbelief that someone that they loved now is no longer with us.
"The autopsy obviously has not been completed yet, so at this stage, we don't know what, if anything, was in his system.
"But as I say, the key thing here, just this loss of life; 31 years old, such a young age, and someone who is a father, leaving behind a young son."
