Taking to Instagram on Monday (14 April) wearing a hospital gown as he lay in a hospital bed, Lil Nas X laughed as he explained that he's 'lost control' of the right side of his face.

While Lil Nas X has not yet revealed what exactly has caused the partial facial paralysis, some fans are speculating if its Bell’s Palsy - a condition categorised as a temporary weakness or lack of movement that usually affects one side of the face - or Ramsay Hunt Syndrome which is a shingles outbreak that affects the facial nerve near one of your ears.
