In the age of Instagram, we all love sharing our holiday photos.
It's a great way to show off nice scenery - and maybe some vacation outfits too. But sometimes, these snaps can end up attracting attention for awkward reasons.

Case in point, Martha Stewart.
Stewart's holiday photos have gotten people talking, but probably not for the reason she'd hoped for. The 83-year-old has been accused of photoshopping her recent Christmas trip to Namibia.
In the image, the media personality is pictured next to a rock formation. So far so good - until you take a closer look at her left hand. Admittedly, that's hard to do, as it appears to be missing altogether.
Fans quickly took to the comment section to inform Stewart that an editing blunder had taken place.

One fan commented: "Martha, where is your hand?"
A second person raised a similar question: "Where is your left hand?", while another follower quipped: "I think Martha is missing a hand."
Another fan took a positive spin on the fallout: "Love you Martha! And your missing hand."

"NO left hand/arm?? Photoshop. Shame," another claimed.
However, other Instagram users asserted that the image was an optical illusion, not a photoshop fail.
One wrote: "It's behind the rock", while another said: "Seems like the rock she’s leaning on is hidden by the rock that’s visible in the picture. Cool optical illusion."
This holiday snap comes after a big year for the star. She'd published her 100th cookbook, Martha: The Cookbook: 100 Favorite Lessons and Stories from My Kitchen.

Promoting the book did lead to an awkward moment on The Drew Barrymore Show, when the host tried getting up close and personal with Stewart.
Over on Netflix, she was at the centre of a documentary about her career. The documentary even covered her stint at Alderson Federal Prison back in 2004. Admittedly, she wasn't all too pleased about the second half of the film.
Speaking of it, she said: "The trial and the actual incarceration was less than two years out of an 83-year life.

"I considered it a vacation, to tell you the truth."
She also blasted the decision of director R.J. Cutler to put 'lousy classical' music in the film, rather than her requested rap music.
However, she did enjoy the first half: "I love the first half of the documentary. It gets into things that many people don’t know anything about, which is what I like about it."
