Meghan and husband Prince Harry, who she married in 2018, have come under fire after a new picture of their daughter Lilibet was shared online.
Meghan posted to Instagram to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8, sharing some rare images of her family, including mom Doria and daughter Lilibet.

In one picture, Harry can be seen cradling Lilibet close to him onboard a boat. While the child isn't pictured facing the camera, trolls questioned why the youngest of the Sussex clan isn't wearing a life jacket.
One wrote on X: "She should ABSOLUTELY have a life vest on."
Another shared: "A child on a boat without a lifejacket makes me cringe."
A third person slammed both Harry and Meghan as they wrote: "Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are so good at showing the world how much they suck at being parents."

Yet many people leapt to Harry and Meghan's defence, as they pointed out that it isn't clear if the boat was actually out on the water or not.
One person defended the royal couple, as they said: "They may be tied up at the dock."

Another shared: "I’ll bet this boat was just sitting on the beach."

The IWD Instagram post comes after Meghan launched her new Netflix show earlier this month, titled With Love, Meghan. The lifestyle and cooking show has already been commissioned for a second series by Netflix, despite mixed reviews from viewers.
The series was initially supposed to air at the beginning of the year, but was then halted due to the devastating wildfires that swept across California, where Meghan, Prince Harry, and their two children reside.
Meghan took to Instagram on January 12 to share her gratitude for delaying the air date, stating: "I'm thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California."
The series launched March 4, and quickly made the top ten on Netflix within 24 hours of its launch.
