Police on the island reportedly believe that Michael died of heat exhaustion after losing consciousness whilst walking in 40+ degree temperatures.
According to The Telegraph, an initial examination of the doctor's body, combined with CCTV footage and forensic evidence from the scene all contribute to the idea that he'd died of natural causes.
In turn, the outlet alleges that police have ruled out foul play or criminality.
