Stacey Solomon is among those paying tribute to influencer Nicky Newman after she passed away following a breast cancer diagnosis.
Newman was first diagnosed with breast cancer five and a half years ago, but over time the disease spread to her bones.
The influencer was open and honest about her experiences with cancer on social media, where she gained almost 300,000 followers as she regularly shared updates about her health.

Yesterday (18 September), a post appeared on Newman's Instagram which had been written by the influencer, but shared by her husband.
"If you’re reading this it means I have died," the post began.
"I made it 5 & half years though, not bad for a stage 4 breastie ey," Newman had written. "And none of this ‘she fought her battle nonsense’, I didn’t lose anything, the cancer eventually took over & that’s okay, we all knew this would happen."

A follow up post from Newman's husband explained she had asked him to send her message out after her death.
Tributes have been flooding in for Newman in the wake of her tragic death, with Solomon among those to share their thoughts.
The Loose Women host took to her own Instagram page to pay tribute, sharing the post announcing Newman's death and writing: "Never has a star shone brighter. Absolutely heartbroken & devastated."

Solomon added: "Nicky thank you for everything...I'm so grateful to have known you. I promise to go grab life & make the most of every single second of every day."
Solomon's comment came in response to a plea from Newman herself, as she encouraged followers in her post to 'GO GRAB LIFE!'
"You never truly know what is coming around the corner - so don’t take anything for granted," Newman added.

Cleaning influencer Mrs Hinch has also paid tribute to Newman, writing: "I can't believe the post I've just read. Like many others I have followed the incredible beautiful Nicky for a long time. She has inspired millions to see the positive in every single day, to see the sunshine through every storm.
"Nicky you'll be forever loved and forever remembered. Sending all my love to your incredible husband, family and friends."
Newman's husband shared a few words of his own after his wife's death, saying she was 'more than a partner or loved one', but she was 'truly [his] lobster'.
"We have known each other since we were 14 and throughout all the years (even when we had time apart) we were always inextricably drawn to each other," he added.
