Kelly Osbourne once made her feelings on Ozempic extremely clear following her mum Sharon’s admission about the medication.
Many celebrities have opened up about using Ozempic, including the likes of Rebel Wilson, Kathy Bates and Stephen Fry just to name a few.
One of the side effects of the drug - which is designed only for adults with type 2 diabetes - sees a person's appetite be suppressed by mimicking the hormone glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). This can sometimes result in weight loss.

However, this hasn't stopped certain individuals using the medication soley for weight loss, which isn't it's intended use.
In a February interview with E! News, Kelly described the controversial drug her mum used as 'amazing' and opened up a little more about her thoughts on the 'Ozempic craze in Hollywood'.
"I think it’s amazing and I think it’s great for them," she told the outlet. "There are a million ways to lose weight, why not do it through something that’s isn’t as boring as working out?"

The 39-year-old added: "People hate on it because they want to do it. The people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or p*ssed off that they can’t afford it.
"Unfortunately, right now it’s something that is very expensive but it eventually won’t be because it actually works."
Even though mum Sharon has used the drug before and lost 42 pounds because of it, she stopped after realising how 'dangerous' it could be.

"You can lose so much weight and it’s easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous," Sharon, the wife of Black Sabbath star Ozzy Osbourne, said.
People have taken to social media to share their reactions to Kelly's extremely controversial remarks, with one X user writing: "Rich people have easy access to healthy food options, personal trainers and chefs but they choose to take Ozempic that’s not meant for them and causing shortages for those who truly need them."
A second slammed: "Kelly you just don’t know when to stop running your mouth..."

"She’s so out of touch and ignorant it’s beyond comical at this point it’s just embarrassing," hit out a third while a fourth chimed in: "Shame on her. People like them are causing shortage and rising prices of Ozemic which is helping so many diabetics patients.
"My bf who use to get this though NHS in UK now had to get it through private sources paying £1500 for few pens. People can’t afford it now."
And, a final X user similarly echoed: "I have never heard anyone as inherently selfish as this woman."
