Paris Jackson is standing strong in the face of online criticism this week, following her controversial appearance at a Paris Fashion Week event in a totally sheer dress.
The model and actress came under fire for the get-up she donned to Stella McCartney's event in the French capital on Wednesday (5 Mar), but she's now responded online to her critics.
For those who didn't get a chance to catch up with the haute-couture festivities, Jackson, 26, attended the show in a black, long-sleeved, off-the-shoulder sheer gown. She paired the look with nude underwear, a miniature black handbag, and matching stilettos.

What some attendees would have considered high-fashion, however, others have taken issue with, and many have since slammed Jackson - the middle child and only daughter of late singer Michael Jackson - on social media.
Thankfully, however, the harsh reviews have been treated by the star as water off a duck's back, and taking to Instagram in the days that followed, she addressed the backlash with a somewhat complex anthropological response.
Sharing a video of herself online, she began by explaining: "I’ve gotten a lot of mixed reviews with my choice of clothing for the Stella McCartney show. We’ll just say there’s been a good amount of flack.

"So I would like to point out that everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, and, we’re animals. At one point, we abided by the laws of nature."
Jackson added of a 'harmony' among people 'worked really well' until 'humans decided we're not animals'.
"We're going to wear clothes and we're gonna rule over all the other animals, and we’re going to be different," she went on to rant.
"A segregation was born and spoiler alert, that's why s*** got really bad."

In another social media clip, the blonde beauty spoke explicitly about her choice of outfit.
"I don't really understand why the human body is a driving force for such discomfort in so many people," she confessed. "It’s just a body.
"We look at other naked animals all the time."

Advising her followers, Jackson concluded her passionate statement: "Don't get uncomfortable with our bodies.
"It’s your body, you’ve got one, I’ve got one."
And in a third clip, she added a final message: "We’re all animals. We’ve all got bodies. It’s not that big of a deal…
"Stop freaking out about nipples man!"
