Ronan Keating's ex-wife used an ingenious method to uncover the truth about his affair with a Boyzone backup dancer.
Ronan, an Irish musician best known for being part of the 90s band Boyzone, was married to model Yvonne Connolly between 1998 and 2015.
While they have been split for some time now and have both gone on to embark on relationships with new partners, the story of their split still boggles the minds of readers.

It dates back to 2010, when Yvonne was 12 years deep into her marriage with Ronan, but felt something was amiss.
They were settled in their £3.5 million Dublin home and embarking on a new chapter, but there was that niggling feeling in her chest.
Ultimately, Yvonne did what women are always told not to do - she went through his call list.

Sifting through his phone records, Yvonne found a startling amount of outgoing calls to a suspicious number.
Driven by inquisition, she dialled those fateful numbers and discovered they belonged to a then 26-year-old Boyzone backup dancer, Francine Cornell.
It has long been reported that this led to the discovery that Ronan and the dancer had been involved in an affair for many months.
Francine told The Sun at the time: "She knew something was going on and she got hold of his phone records and called my number.

"From my voicemail she got my name - that's how she found out. Ronan tried to deny it all at first. He said I was a dancer from the tour and we were just good friends."
Speaking on Brendan O'Connor's Cutting Edge show, Yvonne explained that she needed more answers and invited Francine to a hotel.
She said: "I just needed answers. I just needed the truth, and I needed to make sure stories collaborated.

"It was very hard to figure out who you can trust. So this was the answer to it. I was going to meet this girl, a quick 20-minute conversation, and we'd be done and dusted.
"And in fairness to her, she came and met me. But the 20-minute conversation turned into a couple of bottles of wine. After a few hours I realised she needed it as much as I did and I know it sounds very dramatic, but she was as much a victim as I was. I think we both got something from it.
"When I look back, this is what it all boils down to: it was basically two girls in love with the same boy who over a five-hour conversation realised that that boy was not who we thought he was."
Ronan publicly admitted to the affair and the couple attempted to mend their relationship, but ultimately confirmed their split in 2012.
