Following her terminal cancer diagnosis, US television star Shannen Doherty has made a number of allegations about the behaviour of her estranged ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko, claiming he's 'waiting for her to die'.
The news comes after 90210: Beverley Hills actor Shannen spoke out about not being permitted access to her former flame's financial records regarding his 'archive' of original photography work.
She alleges that this has ultimately 'slowed down the process of her receiving spousal support', all the while her health has continue to rapidly deteriorate.

The Hollywood star broke the news that she'd been diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2015.
The following year, she revealed that it had spread to her lymph nodes.
Since then, the 53-year-old star has been upfront about her health, sharing regular updates with listeners of her Let's Be Clear podcast.

In the years since her original diagnosis, Shannen has undergone a unilateral mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, announcing in 2017 that her cancer was in remission.
Tragically, however, in 2020 the on-screen favourite was forced to break the news that her cancer had returned, and had reached Stage 4.
And just last year, Shannen went on to reveal that it had spread to her brain and bone.
This week, however, according to court documents obtained by People Magazine this week, she has had her say on her ex-husband's financial status in a series of bombshell statements.

"It is simply not right that Kurt be permitted to prolong our divorce in hopes that I die before he is required to pay me while he continues to live his life and shirk his responsibilities to his dying wife of more than 11 years," Shannen reportedly said.
In response, Kurt's lawyer has since disputed her allegations, insisting that he'd offered a settlement deal last year in the hope of reaching a solution, but that she'd denied it.
His attorney hit back: "Kurt is not ‘simply wait[ing] for Shannen to die. He wants the best for Shannen and he wants both of them to be able to put this case behind them and move forward."

The couple divorced in April 2023 after 11 years together, with Shannen this week claiming she'd denied his initial offer because they 'skirted around the issues of his original works created during marriage' and 'his earning capacity'.
The actress requested in the court filings a total of $15,434 per month in spousal support, claiming she'd lose her SAG health insurance due to her inability to work.
Being that - according to documented calculation - Kurt's average income for the last three years has been $672,916, Shannen's team alleges that this leaves him with 'at least' $56,076 per month spendable, which her spousal support should be removed from.

Shannen also admitted that the residuals she received for her appearance on TV hit Charmed are decreasing.
"Kurt has been utilizing the airplane, spending thousands of dollars at medical spas, jewelry stores, Gucci, and on flights… while simultaneously claiming he has insufficient funds with which to support me," her filing also reads.
