Spencer Pratt has revealed the 'phenomenal' amount of money he has received from TikTok viewers as he tries to rebuild his life following the LA wildfires.
The TV personality and his wife, singer Heidi Montag, have been very open about sharing the 'nightmare' moment the devastating wildfire in Los Angeles destroyed their beloved family home.
Sharing the sad news with a photo of thick smoke suffocating his sons' nursery, Pratt wrote: "The one positive sign I saw as our house burned down was ours son's bed burned in the shape of a heart.

"A sign of how much love was in this house so thankful for all the years and memories there with our family."
Since the wildfires took over much of LA, Pratt has been documenting the aftermath on his TikTok and other social media, and has gained a massive following from it which has proven to be very beneficial.
Speaking to Variety, he said: "I made, like, $4000 (£3280) on TikTok this week, but on TikTok Live, where people can just give to me direct, I think (I made) maybe $20,000, (£16,400)."

"So that's phenomenal and life-changing. That's the power of individual supporters, people just backing you and getting behind you.
"And that’s the most powerful when you don’t have to rely on ads or AI and algorithms when just actual human beings just want to give. It’s unbelievable and incredible.”
The star was also praised on the platform for his blunt response to being called a 'rich celebrity', and in a TikTok clip, Spencer made light of his 'character arc' since his home burnt down.
He said: "You know one of my favourite things about my house burning down, ever since 2010 when The Hills was cancelled, everything I've ever read about myself was that I'm a broke nobody.

"But now it takes all of our possessions and our house burning down, and my comments are like 'what are you crying about, you're a rich celebrity?' My gosh what a re-brand!"
Pratt isn't the only celebrity to hit back at those making controversial comments about celebrities losing their homes as a result of the fires.
Anchorman star Christina Applegate issued a response on her MeSsy podcast, saying: "You know what I have words for? F*cking people who are saying that it’s, you know, good. It’s Hollywood and those stupid Hollywood people. Like, you’ve gotta be kidding me."

Meanwhile, Eva Longoria criticised the 'focus on rich celebrities', adding: "Los Angeles is a working class city, it’s union town, a lot of union members."
