All eyes have been on Taylor Swift after she showed up to this year’s Super Bowl to cheer on boyfriend Travis Kelce as his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Even as she entered the building, she had engagement rumours flying with her choice of attire - a white top and blazer, matching thigh-high white boots, all off-set by her signature red lipstick and a ‘T’ initial necklace.
After she took to her seat, cameras cut to show Swift on the big screen as she watched the game, with her name displayed underneath (as if she needed any introduction, of course).

While fans tuning in at home will have no doubt let out an excited scream at the TV, the reaction from the crowd was decidedly less positive as they let out loud boos - not that she seemed too fussed, though. She did initially look slightly confused, before flashing a quick smirk and giving a side-eye.
After spotting the incredible moment unfold, one fan tweeted: "Taylor Swift shown on the jumbotron for the first time and HEAVILY booed. She gave a little side eye in response."
Someone else said: "She dgaf."

A third wrote: "Taylor's face says it all!"
And that wasn’t the only time we saw a glimpse of Swift on screen, with cameras cutting to her again later.
But on this occasion, fans couldn't help but feel distracted by the commentary running alongside, with many saying they were ‘cackling’ over the presenter’s savage remark.

“Taylor Swift is here,” the commentator said, before adding: “She doesn't have much to cheer about. Travis Kelce has yet to catch a ball."
Responding to the now-viral clip, one person wrote on X: “Can't believe they said that on national television.”
Someone else admitted: “I howled!”
A third said they ‘laughed out loud’, while a fourth said: “I was actually shocked by the comment.”

"Why would he say that!?!?" someone else asked.
President Donald Trump has shared a surprising reaction to Swift's booing drama, after viewers pointed out that it sounded as though he'd been met with cheering when he was spotted.
Taking to Truth Social, he shared a social media post that said: "Trump gets massive cheers at the Super Bowl while Taylor Swift gets booed.
"The world is healing!"

Posting on Truth Social, Trump also shared two clips of the contrasting crowd reactions.
Still, Swift has the defence of her loyal army of fans - including none other than tennis champ Serena Williams, who tweeted: "I love you @taylorswift13 don't listen to those booo!!"
