Back in 2021, reality TV fans were SHOOK after it transpired that The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Brockett had enjoyed a secret fling with co-star James 'Lockie' Locke behind his on-off girlfriend Yazmin Oukhellou's back.
Oh, and - to make matters even more scandalous - Yaz and Chloe were actually best friends at the time.
I know, talk about a double-whammy of heartache for poor Yaz.

Anyway, since then the trio have continued to work together on the hit ITVBe series and appeared to have put the past behind them for the sake of their jobs on TOWIE.
Naturally, however, Yaz was left unable to trust Lockie again, and Chloe and Yaz's friendship was ultimately tarnished, with relations between the two ex-BFFs having remained frosty ever since.
So, what better way for Chloe and Yaz to re-open the conversation about where their friendship stands than joining a television series all totally centred on confronting the ghosts of your past?
We are, of course, talking about the brand new series of Ex On The Beach, which will be landing on MTV on Tuesday, 19 March.

That's right, Yaz and Chloe were reunited in a plush Gran Canarian villa a few months back to get to the bottom of their tiff.
And - to make matters even more chaotic - Lockie was there to join them.
Within weeks of the full cast list being announced, however, reports began circulating alleging that Yaz, 29, had quit the show following a blazing row with her former friend and ex-man.

Though producers never confirmed any truth behind this speculation, speaking exclusively to Tyla this week, Chloe, 23, has finally lifted the lid on what exactly went down between the three Essex stars.
Kicking off her exposé, the brunette beauty first of all insisted that she was under the impression that Yaz had gotten over her 'fling' with Lockie, and that the three were about to move on amicably with their friendships
"Me and Lockie work on the same show [TOWIE] together," she explained. "So, we’ve obviously seen each other since what happened.
"And Yaz was part of that cast during that point, too, so I’d seen and spoken to her. I felt like things had been brushed under the carpet and that I’d walk in [to the Ex On The Beach villa] and it would be a breeze."

Chloe then received a huge wake-up call regarding the reality of Yaz's grudge towards her.
"I was probably quite naïve to think that because when I walked in, Yaz was very emotional," she tells Tyla.
"It was hard because it felt like we were revisiting things that had already been spoken about. I’d already apologised."

Former Celebs Go Dating star Chloe claims she and Yaz were finally able to speak openly about what went down, and after four years, could clear the air.
"But I think, as time went on in the villa, and it became clear that Lockie was going to be joining us, I think Yaz got herself anxious about things," she continued.
"There were a few digs made, and she was well within her right to do that, she’d been with him for a long time.
"It was a situation that I took myself out of, but there weren’t any screaming arguments, like it’s been reported."
Tyla has reached out to Yazmin Oukhellou and MTV for comment.
The new series of Ex On The Beach lands on Tuesday 19 March, 9pm. You can also catch up on with Ex On The Beach boxsets on Paramount+ for your full drama fix.
