
Taylor Swift may have broken the record for the amount of revenue made in a single tour, but it turns out there's another musician who makes almost twice as much as the 'Cruel Summer' songstress.
The singer's Eras Tour came to a close in December of last year after a whopping 149 shows across five continents, leaving Swifties with fond memories and the 35-year-old in serious need of a break.
The tour, which Swift called 'the adventure of a lifetime' and the 'most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date', is reported to have made more than $2 billion, as per Forbes.

In 2023, the US leg grossed about $1.04 billion and according to figures from October 2024, and the international stops grossed a further $1.15 billion.
And the Guardian further reported that following the tour's last stop in Vancouver, Taylor Swift Touring revealed the revenue was $2,077,618,725 (£1.62bn), beating previous record holder, Elton John and his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour, which lasted from 2018 to 2023.
However, despite her record-breaking earnings, the 'Love Story' singer isn't actually the richest musician in the world.
