The wife of a man at the centre of the new Ashley Madison Netflix documentary has revealed the one way she 'gained back trust' in her marriage.
The three-part doc, Ashley Madison: Sex, Lies & Scandal, has already climbed to the impressive 'No. 2 in TV Programmes Today' spot and it's sparked quite the reaction in fans.
The 'insane' series follows the scandal of how hackers exposed the details of over 30 million unfaithful married couples back in 2015.
In case you've not seen it yet, Ashley Madison - a dating site targeted at those seeking to have an affair - launched in 2002 and made worldwide news when a group of anonymous hackers, known as 'The Impact Team', leaked the sensitive information that ruined marriages and outed cheaters.

However, even after all that, the online dating website is still up and running to this today, with the tagline: "Life is short. Have an affair."
After rattling through the doc, Netflix viewers were pretty shocked to learn that the couple at the centre of the series, Sam and Nia Raden, were still together.
And, since then, Nia has taken to Instagram over the weekend (19 May) to share a lengthy video answering one of the questions she gets 'asked the most' which was all about how she went about gaining her 'trust back' for Sam and how he 'earned it back' after the infidelity.

She told her 134k followers: "There's a lot honestly, it was a really, really intense first year of healing and, if I'm being totally honest, the first three years of healing was really, really intense."
Nia continued, telling viewers she was 'just going to cover one thing today' which was marriage counselling, admitting she and Sam 'dug [their] heels in' and 'did some intense marriage counselling'.
"We went to a professional marriage counsellor and then we also did marriage counselling with our pastors," she recalled. "We did bi-weekly counselling at first, they would be two-hour long sessions, twice a week.

"That lasted for a long time, then we went down to once a week, that lasted for a very long time, the longest actually, then we went down to every other week, then it was once a month, then it was every six months."
Nia also noted that she and Sam 'still do regular check-ins yearly, if not more'.
She also revealed that 'counselling type conversations still happen on the regular'.
Nia added that the counselling 'did not make it quite into the documentary' despite the fact that it was 'a humongous part of [their] healing'.

She also shared that the counselling gave Sam 'so many tools and resources' on 'how to really earn [her trust back]'.
"It was really intense," Nia finished up. "It was a lot of work, but it was worth it.
"And it was something that we were committed to - both of us committed to."
She captioned the clip: "So many things played a part in the healing years of our marriage.

"This is just one thing we did-and we did it with intense commitment from BOTH of us!"
