Dearest gentle readers: This article contains spoilers for Bridgerton
Despite it being less than a week since the last episodes of Bridgerton's third season dropped, we've devoured each and every episode.
The Regency-era romance delivered all we were promised and then some.

We saw the relationship between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) bloom to unprecedented heights, with the friends-to-lovers power couple getting hitched and even welcoming a child.
And of course, there was also the sheer number of raunchy scenes that had viewers' pulses racing.
At this point, 'carriage scene' and 'mirror scene' have become a staple part of our every day vocabulary.
Coughlan promised a lot of steaminess from the outset, and opened up to Stylist about her choice to get 'very naked' on screen ahead of the third season's launch.
She said: "I specifically asked for certain lines and moments to be included. "There’s one scene where I’m very naked on camera, and that was my idea, my choice.

"It just felt like the biggest ‘f*** you’ to all the conversation surrounding my body; it was amazingly empowering.
"I felt beautiful in the moment, and I thought: 'When I’m 80, I want to look back on this and remember how f**king hot I looked!'"
She also opened up to Radio Times about how effortless the sex scenes were between her and Newton on set.
She shared: "Hundreds of millions of people watch the show - not five. That’s really scary. But [filming the scenes was] one of the things I enjoyed most.

"Luke and I had a real hand in what we did and how it came across. We had agency and we could let it flow.
"Thankfully, we had that physical comfort with one another – so it ended up being a really beautiful thing.
"Luke is a dream to work with. We really had each other’s back. Having now watched those scenes, I’m so proud of them.”

But raunch aside, viewers finally found out whether or not Penelope would reveal her huge secret to Colin - that she is the person behind the infamous gossip society papers.
The anonymous author went by the name Lady Whistledown, but all the while it was Penelope using her razor sharp wit and inside knowledge.
She had managed to get away with it as she was largely ignored by other members of the 'ton.

Of course, she did eventually tell her husband - and there was a hugely emotional moment where the voiceover of Whistledown, which has been Julie Andrews' voice for three seasons, changed to that of Coughlan.
Not only that, but eagle eyed viewers spotted another incredible detail.
As Queen Charlotte gave her permission for Penelope to keep writing her papers while her identity was out in the open, Penelope started signing them with her real name rather than her alias.
And it emerged that the logo of a woman's side profile had changed to resemble Penelope more closely.
Fans have been going wild over this change.
One person wrote: "WOAH YES OMG IT'S PENELOPE'S SIDE PORTRAIT THIS IS GENIUS I LOVE THIS."
Another added: "They are SO detailed."
While a third chimed: "I SCREAMED."
Did you manage to spot it?
