Unsurprisingly, it took us next to no time at all to sink our teeth into the final four remaining episodes of the latest Bridgerton season.
So, naturally, we're all buzzing to get our latest fix of the raunchy period drama but we've got quite the wait until that day.
So, now that the countdown has commenced, let's take a look everything we know about Bridgerton season 4 after the second part of season three dropped on Netflix.

What is Bridgerton season 4's potential release date?
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Jess Brownell explained: "We are working to try and put the seasons out more quickly, but they do take eight months to film and then they have to be edited, and then they have to be dubbed into every language."
She went on: "And the writing takes a very long time as well, so we’re kind of on a two-year pace, we’re trying to speed up but somewhere in that range."

It's looking like we may not get our next fix of the 'ton until as late as 2026...
Who is in the cast of Bridgerton season 4?
Any Polin fans out there will also be happy to know that Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan will be returning to the show.

However, Nicola did confirm to TheWrap that she doesn't know 'anything' about the upcoming season.
Brownell added: "We will definitely hope to bring them back in future seasons because I think there's more story there."
The stars of season two, Simone Ashley who played Kate Sharma and Jonathan Bailey who stars as Anthony Bridgerton may also return.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Brownell said: "We love them so much, and they're both so incredibly talented and we want to support their ability to do other projects, while still leaving the door open for them to return when and if they're able.

"So the India send-off is a plot device in certain ways that allows us to leave the door open."
It also seems like Cressida Cowper's story isn't over yet.
It seems like we'll be seeing some more of Cressida, played by Jessica Madsen, with Brownell telling Entertainment Weekly: "It felt a little early in this season for her to get a happily ever after just because we've watched two seasons of her being a real bully to Penelope.

"She has a little bit more growth to do, but I do want to give her a happy ending eventually."
Aside from that lot, we haven't yet had any major announcements of changes to the cast.
So, until season four drops, we can probably expect the following to make a return to the Regency-era antics:
- Claudia Jessie as Eloise Bridgerton
- Luke Thompson as Benedict Bridgerton
- Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte
- Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury
- Ruth Gemmell as Violet Bridgerton
- Hannah Dodd as Francesca Bridgerton
- Victor Alli as Lord John Stirling
- Polly Walker as Portia Featherington
- Harriet Cains as Philippa Featherington
- Bessie Carter as Prudence Featherington
- Florence Hunt as Hyacinth Bridgerton
- Martins Imhangbe as Will Mondrich
- Emma Naomi as Alice Mondrich
- Will Tilston as Gregory Bridgerton
- Hugh Sachs as Brimsley
- Kathryn Drysdale as Genevieve Delacroix
- Lorraine Ashbourne as Mrs Varley
- Daniel Francis as Lord Marcus Anderson
Which Bridgerton will be the main character in season 4?
As we know, season three focuses mainly on friends-to-lovers Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington, played by Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan respectively.
However, the fourth season will reportedly be centred around Benedict Bridgerton's love story.
Talking about the script back in May, Brownell confirmed to Refinery29 that they were 'in the middle of writing it right now'.
While fans have shared their countless theories that Benedict's love story will take centre stage in season four - it is also possible that we see Francesca becoming the main focus following the exciting plot twist in season three.
Bridgerton season 3 part two is now streaming on Netflix.
