The third season of Selling The OC is set to drop on Netflix on 3 May, and it's safe to say we feel like we've been waiting a lifetime.
The Selling Sunset spin off - which follows a group of glam real estate brokers as they sell luxury properties in Newport Beach, California on behalf of the Oppenheim Group - has given us tons of drama from the get go.
Despite the reality TV smash-hit propelling the cast to fame, the pressure still proves too much from time to time.
The latest cast member on the chopping block is 33-year-old Alexandra Jarvis.

Alexandra, who has confirmed she is departing Selling The OC, referenced the 'toxic culture' from some of her fellow cast members as one of the reasons.
She told PEOPLE: "There were a lot of factors that went into my decision."
She added that she doubts anybody is 'surprised' by her departure.
"I don't really know what to say about it other than I just know when it's time to leave a party."

Her boss, Jason Oppenheim, who also stars on Selling Sunset, has also commented on her shock departure.
He said: "I don't want to speak for Jarvis, but ... she decided to do what's best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that. ... We're still on good terms."
Alexandra's exit marks the third departure from the luxury brokerage's Newport Beach firm ahead of the new season airing.

She follows in the footsteps of the very dramatic farewell announced by Tyler Stanaland in October 2023.
He made the controversial choice to disembark from the show and instead work alongside his dad at Douglas Elliman as a member of the John Stanaland Group.
This decision followed issues in his marriage with actress Brittany Snow which were alluded to in the first season of the reality show.
Tyler and Brittany have since divorced.

Last October, Tyler stated: "My decision to leave the Oppenheim Group is about making the best decision for my clients and my career.
"I’m excited about this new chapter and to be working alongside family again."
Then, just one month after Tyler's departure announcement, Sean Palmieri confirmed he'd also be leaving.

He'd had many on-screen arguments with his fellow castmates, including Tyler, in the run-up to his departure.
He said in November: "After much consideration, I’ve decided to part ways with the Oppenheim Group. I am very excited about this new chapter in my career and eager to embark on a journey that closely aligns with my professional aspirations and personal growth."
Ahead of the new season, which will feature all of the faces that have now left the O Group, people have shared their thoughts on social media.
One person wrote: "This will be so weird to watch knowing that 3 of those people have already left the office and that "romance" ended months ago."
Another said: "Sad to hear Jarvis left the show after this season.""
We'll still be watching.
