People all over have been absolutely buzzing to get their latest fix of all the antics that get up in the Celebrity Big Brother house ever since the season launched Monday night (4 March).

We've seen the likes of Sharon Osbourne and fellow former X Factor judge Louis Walsh enter the house alongside; Strictly Come Dancing's Nikita Kuzmin, Reggae Reggae Sauce legend Levi Roots, reality TV personality David Potts, Netflix star Bradley Riches, TV presenter ZeZe Mills, Broadway star Marisha Wallace, Coronation Street's Colson Smith and Real Housewives of Cheshire favourite Lauren Simon.

However, many ITV viewers were eagerly anticipating Love Island 2022 winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu's appearance and wondered if she'd opened up about her split with Davide Sanclimenti.

The TV star recently split with Davide and confirmed the news in a statement posted on Instagram a couple months back (30 January), saying she would 'cherish' the memories she's made with Davide.

She wrote: "The last 18-months have been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, just like every relationship. Davide and I both wanted to make this work as we cared deeply for each other.

"Unfortunately I have recently made the decision to end our relationship and to go our separate ways.

The pair announced their split in January.

"Breakups are never easy for any couple, and we hope that our privacy will be respected."

She continued: "I enjoyed our time together and will cherish the memories we made.

"Thank you for your continued support. It's been so lovely to have you follow our Love Island journeys together since the villa and we hope you'll continue to follow our careers as we go off in our own directions."

Davide also released his own statement on the split on Instagram.

Ekin-Su shared a statement on the break-up to Instagram.

He explained: "Life sometimes reserves surprises and suddenly wakes you up... Ekin and I, just after the ski holidays, decided to go different ways. It was a joint decision, but I was waiting to make it public to respect her time in the show.

"I don't know why the agreed statement changed last minute.

"I agree, it was a beautiful story even with its ups and downs like all couples.

"I loved every moment, from the first time I knew her in the Villa until life outside.

"I really believed in us and saw a future for us."

The Love Island star opened up about the 'hurtful' split with Davide.

He added: "But sometimes in life people need to grow apart. Is just the direction of life. I will treasure our moments forever. Now it's time to focus on myself.

"I love you all always, thank you for the unconditional support everyone showed me from the beginning. Davide."

Ekin-Su has since opened up on the 'hurtful' split with Davide to fellow housemate, Marisha Wallace.

The pair were in the bedroom talking about relationships when Ekin-Su said: "They always say to me that the man should be more into the woman. Is that true?" to which the Broadway actor replied: "I think so. Always."

The former Islander revealed the 'mistake' she made in the relationship.

Ekin-Su then revealed: "That’s the mistake I made."

"You were more into him?" the musical theatre star asked before Ekin-Su responded: "I think so."

‌Marisha continued: "What made you quit your relationship?"

"Let's just say he hurt me," the former Islander explained.

Celebrity Big Brother continues on ITV1 and ITVX tonight at 9.00pm.
