ITV has confirmed that Celebrity Big Brother will be returning to screens, following speculation that the star-studded spin-off would be making a comeback after the success of the latest series of the reality TV show.
Big Brother made its triumphant return last month, having previously been cancelled by Channel 4 in 2010 and by Channel 5 in 2018.
Many viewers have been glued to the screens watching Jordan, Henry and Matty’s love triangle, or seeing Jenkin’s suitcase being blown up by mean producers.

But with the current series due to wrap next week, there’s been one question on everyone’s lips... Fancy another one?
ITV has announced this evening (Friday 10 November) that the rebooted show will also feature a new celebrity series, which will hit screens next year.
“Celebrity Big Brother will see a new cast of famous faces isolated from the outside world as they embark on the ultimate social experiment, taking up residence in the iconic Big Brother house,” a press release from the channel said.

“Leaving luxury behind, the celebrities will take part in weekly nominations and tough tasks with cameras capturing their every move.
“Who will win the hearts of the nation, go all the way to the finish line and be crowned the winner?”
Produced by Initial, which is part of Banijay UK, the new version of Big Brother launched on its new ITV home this autumn with 3.6 million viewers across ITV1, STV ITV2 and ITVX in a ‘disruptive' multi-channel takeover.
“Now, following the success of the debut series, a star-studded celebrity edition will air on ITV1 and STV next year,” the press release said.
