It seems it's not just David and Victoria Beckham taking over our screens this month as another famous football couple are set to be the talk of the town in a brand-new doc.
The three-part documentary, Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story, will uncover one of the biggest tabloid news stories in Britain and the context behind the iconic ‘Wagatha Christie’ moniker.
In the series, Coleen, who is married to former England player Wayne Rooney, revealed she was left 'sick to her stomach' over her husband's 'sickening' response to cheating claims. Check out the trailer here:
In case you need your memory jogging over the drama - the whole 'Wagatha Christie' ordeal started back in 2019.

Coleen turned into an amateur sleuth by performing a social media sting operation to get to the bottom of how private stories concerning herself and her family kept appearing in the media.
The documentary examines the circumstances that led to Coleen’s famous Twitter post that broke the internet, in which she claimed Rebekah Vardy, who is married to Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy, was the person behind the leaks.
Rebekah brought a libel case against her fellow WAG, which was heard in the High Court but she lost the battle and has always denied passing on the information to The Sun.
In July 2022, a judge declared that Coleen’s accusation was ‘substantially true’, while Rebekah said in a statement at the time that she was 'extremely sad and disappointed' by the decision.

Now, not only does the upcoming Disney+ docu-series focus on the 'Wagatha Christie' case but it also delves into the former TV personality and footy star's marital problems after they went through a particularly gruelling rough patch back in 2017.
Coleen, 37, admitted that the period was extremely difficult for her after she was left unsure as to whether her marriage was 'at an end' with Wayne, also 37.
In September of 2017, the sports star was arrested for drink driving after a night out with a woman he had allegedly met in a bar - estate agent Laura Simpson who was 29 years old at the time.

Laura was in the passenger seat at the time of the arrest.
Following the arrest, Coleen received a phone call from Wayne and it's clear the conversation was the farthest thing from reassuring and left her feeling beyond queasy.
"I was in the airport and I got a phone call and it was Wayne," the mum-of-four recalled.
"I just said, 'What's gone on?'

"Straightaway you don't get much out of him. You don't get a lot of information."
Coleen continued, opening up about just how much of an affect the situation had on her: "It was just sickening. I've had that feeling in my stomach a few times and I would never wish anyone to feel that.
"You do think, do I actually know this person, when things like that happen. Y'know, 'You're not the person I married and the person I want you to be'."

According to Coleen, Wayne kept saying 'I'm sorry' and she replied: "You can't be sorry because you know it's wrong what you've done'."
She went on: "I just kept saying you're stupid, you are just so stupid."
Wayne also addressed the ordeal and the impact it had on Coleen, saying: "Of course she wasn't happy. But if I'm being honest, I can't even remember speaking to the girl in the bar, never met before in my life.
"So there was never any talk of anything happening or anything was gonna happen. You know, I'm driving another girl's car and she's in the passenger seat, it doesn't look great. I know what it was. But I also know what it looked like."
