Grey's Anatomy viewers think they've spotted a major blunder in one scene of the show.
Now in its 21st season, ABC’s hit medical drama been running for almost 20 years, focusing on the lives of Meredith Grey and the team of doctors at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.
In fact, the show is now the longest-running primetime medical drama, and ABC's longest-running primetime scripted series.

But this week, one viewer took to X to complain about a scene starring Arizona Robbins (played by Jessica Capshaw).
Head of Fetal Surgery at the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, Arizona's biggest storyline came when she was involved in a plane crash, severely injuring her leg in the process.
When she returned to Seattle, her wife Callie - former head of orthopaedic surgery and board member at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital - ended up having to amputate her leg.

Arizona blamed Callie and their relationship started to deteriorate, with the pair eventually divorcing.
Discussing Arizona's amputation, one Grey's viewer took to X, claiming that the show had shown the character 'with two identical flesh legs' a couple of seasons later.
"You might say greys anatomy is a trash show but I can only love a show that has the audacity to make a character’s leg amputation a huge storyline for like two seasons, only to just drop it a few seasons later and routinely show her with two identical flesh legs. Perfect TV," they wrote.
But others were quick to point out that it could have been a prosthetic.

One person commented: "When she first lost her leg it was a metal prosthetic, but she eventually got a flesh coloured one."
While another said: "Didn’t they mention in an episode that she got a prosthetic which looked more like a human leg? Tbh it was a pointless storyline which should have never dragged on in the first place."
And a third added: "I’d just assumed that the character just had spend money on realistic looking prosthetics, which are definitely more expensive but for her would be no problem getting. I mean the show isn’t gonna forget that storyline, they probably just had the character get things like this."
And a fourth wrote: "There's actually a whole episode that talks about her new leg that looks just like a real leg, with no metal, so then after that she was occasionally shown with 2 normal looking legs. The episode is 9x18 I believe."
