Harry Potter is no doubt one of the world's most famous film franchises.
Starring the likes of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, the franchise spanned eight beloved movies between 2001 to 2011.
So, it seems only natural for a few mistakes to flew under the radar and some very eagle-eyed Potterheads haven't held back after spotting a nearly unnoticeable error in one of the film that's left them with huge question.
One Harry Potter fan took to social media to point out the continuity error, which unfolded in the fourth film released in 2005, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

The scene sees Fred sending Ron a note in class hyping him up to ask one of the girls to the Hogwarts Yule Ball.
Seemingly written in pencil on lined paper, the note reads: "Get a move on or all the good ones will have gone."
However, before the note was passed to Ron - the writing and paper appears to be totally different.
It also looks like it was written in pen with four lines instead of three.

The Reddit user pointed out: "Hi idk if anyone realised but in Goblet of Fire, the note Fred gives to Ron vs the note Ron reads is different, the first has four lines but the second has three!
"It happens around 1:10:55 in the Goblet of Fire."
"I wonder what the first note says!" the Redditer captioned the post.

Potterheads gathered in their hoards going even further to point out the issues with this scene, with one Reddit user writing: "Isn't it odd that the note is written in pencil instead of quill and ink?"
"This is what I thought the blooper was," quipped a second, while a third weighed in: "And lined paper instead of parchment!"
A fourth called out: "I never noticed that, neat find. But with all the things that movie got wrong, this one I’m not so concerned about."

"Love spotting continuity errors like that," confessed a fifth. "Theres actually a couple in the HP series!"
"Nice catch!" praised a sixth, while another wondered: "I'm 100% certain the people who maintain HP wiki have tried, painstakingly, to figure out what exactly the first image says."
And a final Harry Potter fan theorised: "Good spot! I never would have noticed this! Perhaps it was enchanted to say whatever the holder needed to hear..."
You never know...
