A bewildered Harry Potter fan took to Reddit to try and work out which character was featured on one of his franchised playing cards.
Taking to the popular forum, the poster said: "I just got a deck of Harry Potter cards, and there was this one character that I had no idea who it was.
"Please help me identify this character."

And to be entirely fair to the person who posed the question, I had absolutely no idea either.
The popular fantasy films feature a number of instantly recognisable faces, including Daniel Radcliffe as the titular Harry, Emma Watson as Hermione, and Rupert Grint as Ron.
Sadly for the man pictured on the aforementioned card, it was not the case for him.
One person explained: "This is actually a fairly common question here- this guy shows up on a lot of merch, but no one knows who the hell he is. Random Death Eater #12."

Another said: "But that still begs the question - why on earth would a random maskless Death Eater warrant a feature in a Harry Potter-themed playing card set? Lmao. Surely this franchise has at least 13 recognizable characters."
A third added: "He doesn't charge much for the use of his appearance?", prompting another to respond: "Hilariously enough, this might be the reason."
Another person said: "According to IMDB, he is 'Hogsmeade Death Eater' portrayed by Benn/Benjamin Northover."

"Maybe his role was once bigger and then got left on the cutting room floor," another theorised.
With the final film premiering in 2011, it should perhaps be a shock that viewers still find themselves combing through the details - but it does have a die-hard fanbase after all.
One scene from the penultimate film, The Deathly Hallows: Part 1, released in 2010, was particularly controversial.
The scene in question showed Harry and Hermione naked - a real jump scare to those (read: everyone) who had seen the two cultivate a strictly platonic relationship.
Ultimately, the scene occurs as Ron tried to destroy one of Voldermort's seven Horcruxes - Slytherin's locket - and a vision appears before him, showing his two best friends embracing each other before kissing.

This fake vision was instilled in front of Ron in order to throw him off his balance and fail at destroying the Horcrux - it never actually happened.
Director David Yates told fans of the scene before the film was released: "Daniel Radcliffe appears naked in one scene. In the view we see Harry and a woman embracing and kissing.
"It's an intriguing scene and very sensual."
