ITV viewers watched on as Danny Jones was crowned King of the Jungle during last night's I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! final.
The McFly star beat out runner-up Coleen Rooney and third-placer Reverend Richard Coles to the victory - but it's emerged that Danny's own wife exposed a 'huge lie' he told producers before the TV show even kicked off.
Upon being announced as the winner of this year's season, Danny told viewers while breaking down in tears: I can’t even talk. It feels surreal! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I gave my all in there and it’s a lovely feeling to be liked!"

Following his win, the father-of-one - who shares six-year-old son Cooper with his wife, Georgia - appeared via video link on Lorraine this morning (9 December) to recount his experience and the support he received from those watching from home.
The host pointed out: "Georgia your lovely wife was here before talking about how proud she was of you.
"I know she’s with you, isn’t she? I bet she was so excited to see you."
"Yes she is here," he replied before Georgia also appeared on the screen.

"I mean it’s weird, it’s weird seeing him," Georgia began.
"He came back with a full beard and I’ve never seen him like that before so that was different but then he decided to shave it into a handle bar moustache."
Danny appeared entirely fresh-faced when he initially landed in the jungle in November but had since pulled quite the bearded look out of the bag.

Presenter Lorraine then laughed: "Right I’m not sure about that but never mind," before Danny jumped in: "She wasn’t sure either Lorraine, it wasn’t getting me anywhere."
Now, throughout his time on the show, Danny had been extremely upfront about his fear of snakes and faced it head on during a trial aptly titled 'High Street of Horrors'.
The trial in question saw the 'Five Colours in Her Hair' singer face a room filled with snakes which is clearly not ideal for someone who has a phobia of the slippery reptiles.

However, Danny's wife Georgie previously opened up about her thoughts on all Danny's chat about his supposed fears being complete 'bullsh*t'.
Speaking on Joel Dommett and Hannah Cooper's Never Have I Ever podcast, Georgie revealed that Danny fibbed to the producers as part of a pretty elaborate strategy for him to do well on the show.
"He's lied, and he said he's scared of snakes; bullsh*t - world exclusive: bullsh*t," she claimed before adding: "So, everyone vote for the tasks that don't involve snakes, please! He’s not scared of snakes, but he said he is, that’s a double bluff."

Georgia continued: "He's now going to get tasks with snakes - I think they think Danny's a really genuine guy! The only problem with Danny is he's not great when he's hungry or tired, and he's going to be hungry and tired."
Elsewhere in the chat, Georgia opened up about the difficulty of picking just one luxury for her hubby because of the fact he didn't even know what he wanted himself.
"This man has never fussed so much over the fact that he can't tape his mouth in the jungle; he tapes his mouth at night," Georgia added. "It’s meant to have many, many health benefits - it’s literally like a piece of gaffer tape. It's like a massive plaster of your lips."
