MAFS UK viewers have been left saddened by a statement made by recently-axed bride Hannah Norburn.
Taking to Instagram today (25 October), the former Channel 4 star made a shocking claim about she and new beau Orson Nurse's exit from the reality romance experiment earlier this week amid the biggest cheating scandal of the 2024 series.
Despite not being paired up when the marital hit kicked off last month, fans sensed something special between contestants Hannah and Orson from the very beginning.
Orson became an instant fan-favourite due to his sensitivity, a trait which was sadly grated on his match, Richelle, leading to ceaseless confrontations.

Hannah, meanwhile, joined the experiment some weeks into the series, during which she was paired up with Stephen - though viewers soon found the duo incompatible due to their tendency to argue.
When Hannah and Orson began drawing closer, Married At First Sight fans predicted a potential 'wife swap', but were immediately blindsided by the news that they had actually been locking lips behind the scenes - and their partners' backs.
The two broken couples have since left the series, with Hannah now sharing several snaps alongside her newfound love interest on Instagram, alluding to the fact that she and Orson have been making a go of things in the outside world.

However, she also took to social media to drop the bombshell that the show's producers had actually invited her and Orson back to the series following their departure.
Sadly, though, Hannah quickly revealed that neither she nor Orson wished to rejoin their disgruntled, former cast-mates as a brand new couple due to the backlash they received the first time around.
Sharing a snap together alongside a handful of the show's bosses, she wrote: "Throwback to our cute little filmed date night that didn’t make it on the show but we had a great time drinking wine & chatting about life @orson_nurse.
"(Getting my amazing honeymoon crew back aswell for my final scenes was also super special!)"

She then revealed: "Despite being offered the opportunity to re enter the experiment together Orson & I decided jumping back into that stressful environment after all that had happened just wasn’t the right thing for either of us to do.
"I will always be so grateful for the loyalty, support & respect Orson showed me from day 1 and every day since - he’s a real one for sure and I’ll always appreciate him finally bringing my smile back after such a tough time."
The news that they could have remained on the show hasn't gone down too well with some of Hannah and Orson's fans.

"He didn't look at this wife the way he looked at you," one penned in the comments. "I personally think you should have gone for it."
Another wrote: "Ahh damn it wanted to see you both more," while a third added: "Would have loved to have seen you two back together bar all the drama. Hope you are both well and happy".
Others, however, praised the pair for their decision to retain privacy in their relationship going forward.

"Good on you both and good luck moving forward," one gushed.
Another continued: "Well done for not going back to the circus! Hope you find true love".
"Oh it would have been so lovely if something good came from it for both of you," a third went on. "But I think your decision not to go back was spot on."
Channel 4 declined to comment when contacted by Tyla.
